Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, otherwise you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled appointment price. Cancellation Policy For safety and space reasons, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the salon without an appointment and to avoid instances of intentionally scheduling appointments for pranks or vandalism.

Please note: Please call us between the hours of: 9:30AM and 6:00PM. After you have completed your reservation. We will call you to reconfirm your appointment and require a 20% prepayment of the service amount that you have confirmed with the Image Nails salon. All prices are base prices and do NOT include artwork or “extras”. Please refer to the price list on the website for specific pricing details or call the salon directly for more information.

By booking your appointment on our website, you authorize Image Nails to charge your credit card a no-show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled price. If you miss your appointment without 24 hours notice.
